I believe what really matter is “culture” involved during the process, not the tool by itself.
It´s a fantastic opportunity to work in a place where this kind of approach is wide used, but, and here is my point, most companies do not want to use the full power of Kaizen… even they spread around the they use… even that we all know that brings a lot of good results.
